COMMUNITY SERVICE

The Kent County Sheriff's Office is a member of the Cleark Fork Crime Stoppers Organization. The member counties of this organization include Haskell, Jones, Shackelford, Stonewall, Fisher and Kent Counties.

The Clear Fork Crime Stoppers, Inc., is a not for profit, tax exempt organization. It relies on voluntary contributions from local businesses, court probationary fees, drug seizure monies, grants and individuals for its economic viability.

Crime Stoppers' mission is to help the police solve crimes through the offer of cash rewards and anonymity for citizens reporting crimes. Crime Stoppers' can and will continue to be successful with the help of citizens who call in with information and who generously support it with tax deductable donations.
